Preservation

We preserve existing records for 90 days on a request under 18 U.S.C. § 2703(f), extendable once by 90 days.

Emergencies

Emergency disclosure requests (18 U.S.C. § 2702(b)(8), § 2702(c)(4)): email [email protected] with "EMERGENCY DISCLOSURE REQUEST" in the subject line.

NCMEC

As required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, we report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC's CyberTipline.
